Terms of Service

Welcome to AgentRank.

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Agent Rank powered by Cradle Labs (“AgentRank”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your access to and use of the AgentRank website and related services.

By creating an account or using AgentRank, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This Agreement is not a substitute for legal advice, and nothing here is intended as such.

1. About AgentRank

AgentRank is an unofficial, independent community platform that allows users to upload their own Ingress profile statistics, view personal progress, participate in community leaderboards, and join optional competitions.

AgentRank is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Niantic. “Ingress” and all related trademarks, logos, and content belong to their respective owners. AgentRank does not claim any ownership over Niantic’s or any other third party’s intellectual property. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use AgentRank.

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account & Authentication

AgentRank accounts are created and signed in to using Google. We rely on Google to verify your identity - AgentRank never sees, receives, or stores your Google password. There is no separate AgentRank password to create or remember.

We take reasonable measures to protect your account and data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication methods (including your Google account) and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access to your AgentRank account.

You are also responsible for providing accurate information and for activity that occurs under your account as a result of your own actions or authorization.

4. Uploading Statistics

AgentRank is designed for users to upload their own game statistics.

By uploading data, you represent that:

• the uploaded information belongs to you or you have permission to upload it
• the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• you are not intentionally submitting misleading or manipulated data

We may remove or reject uploaded data that appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the integrity of the platform.

5. Excluded Stats

AgentRank lets you exclude specific statistics from an upload before it is saved. When you exclude a statistic, AgentRank does not store the excluded value from that upload. Excluded statistics are not used for AgentRank rankings, charts, badges, analytics, or any other feature that requires the statistic’s value.

Administrators do not have an override to retrieve excluded values - once a value is excluded, it is not part of the data we store, for anyone.

6. Leaderboards

Leaderboards are generated from user-submitted information.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or ranking of any leaderboard.

Rankings may change as new information is uploaded or as our calculation methods improve.

7. Competitions

Users may create and participate in community competitions.

AgentRank does not guarantee the fairness, accuracy, or outcome of any competition.

Competition organizers are responsible for any prizes or commitments they offer.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• upload false or fraudulent information
• impersonate another person
• interfere with or attempt to disrupt the operation of the Service
• attempt to access another user’s account or data, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• use bots or automated tools to abuse the platform
• upload malicious software
• violate applicable laws while using AgentRank

9. Intellectual Property

AgentRank, including its software, branding, design, and content, is owned by Cradle Labs.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

10. Third-Party Trademarks

Ingress, Niantic, and all related names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Their appearance within AgentRank is for identification and compatibility purposes only. AgentRank does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property.

11. Privacy & Data

AgentRank stores the information you choose to provide, including your uploaded statistics (subject to Excluded Stats, above) and basic account information. We use this information to operate the Service - to generate rankings, charts, badges, and competitions, and to improve your experience.

Because sign-in is handled by Google, we receive basic profile information from Google (such as your email address) needed to identify your account. We do not receive or store your Google password.

You can delete your agent profile and its associated data (uploads, stats, and competitions) at any time from Settings. If you would like your account removed entirely, contact us and we will assist.

We do not sell your personal information. We may retain information where required by law or for legitimate operational purposes, such as preventing fraud or resolving disputes, if applicable.

12. Service Availability & Accuracy

AgentRank is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Statistics and rankings depend on information submitted by users and may contain errors, omissions, or delays. Rankings can change as new data is uploaded or as our calculations improve. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentRank and Cradle Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Your use of AgentRank is entirely at your own risk.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

• violates this Agreement
• attempts to manipulate rankings
• abuses other users
• disrupts the Service
• engages in fraudulent activity

You can delete your own agent profile and data at any time from Settings.

15. Changes to the Service and this Agreement

AgentRank and its owner, Cradle Labs, may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of the Service, its features, or this Agreement at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to this Agreement become effective when the updated version is posted within the Service or on the AgentRank website. Continued use of AgentRank after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with a change, you should discontinue use of the Service and delete your data as described above.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
