Terms of Service

Welcome to AgentRank.

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Agent Rank powered by Cradle Labs (“AgentRank”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your access to and use of the AgentRank website and related services.

By creating an account or using AgentRank, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. About AgentRank

AgentRank is an unofficial community platform that allows users to upload their own Ingress profile statistics, view personal progress, participate in community leaderboards, and join optional competitions.

AgentRank is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Niantic. “Ingress” and all related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use AgentRank.

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the security of your account
• providing accurate information
• keeping your login credentials confidential

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Uploading Statistics

AgentRank is designed for users to upload their own game statistics.

By uploading data, you represent that:

• the uploaded information belongs to you or you have permission to upload it
• the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• you are not intentionally submitting misleading or manipulated data

We may remove or reject uploaded data that appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with the integrity of the platform.

5. Leaderboards

Leaderboards are generated from user-submitted information.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or ranking of any leaderboard.

Rankings may change as new information is uploaded or as our calculation methods improve.

6. Competitions

Users may create and participate in community competitions.

AgentRank does not guarantee the fairness, accuracy, or outcome of any competition.

Competition organizers are responsible for any prizes or commitments they offer.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• upload false or fraudulent information
• impersonate another person
• interfere with the operation of the Service
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• use bots or automated tools to abuse the platform
• upload malicious software
• violate applicable laws while using AgentRank

8. Intellectual Property

AgentRank, including its software, branding, design, and content, is owned by Cradle Labs.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

9. Third-Party Trademarks

Ingress, Niantic, and all related names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Their appearance within AgentRank is for identification and compatibility purposes only.

10. Privacy

AgentRank stores the information you choose to provide, including your uploaded statistics and account information.

We use this information solely to operate the Service, generate rankings, and improve your experience.

We do not sell your personal information.

11. Service Availability

AgentRank is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentRank and Cradle Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Your use of AgentRank is entirely at your own risk.

13. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

• violates this Agreement
• attempts to manipulate rankings
• abuses other users
• disrupts the Service
• engages in fraudulent activity

Our decisions regarding account moderation are final.

14. Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time.

Continued use of AgentRank after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Changes to the Service and Agreement

AgentRank and its owner, Cradle Labs, reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of the Service, its features, functionality, leaderboards, competitions, or this Agreement at any time, with or without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any changes to this Agreement will become effective when the updated version is posted within the Service or on the AgentRank website. Your continued use of AgentRank after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue your use of the Service and close your account.

By creating an account or using AgentRank, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
