More accurate Global Pulse live activity
- Live Activity now shows the five most recently active unique agents, rather than counting every historical snapshot imported by the same agent as a separate activity.

History verified badges now work
- Agents with three or more uploads are now marked "history verified" on their profile, as intended. The upgrade used to be blocked by a security rule and never happened for anyone; it is now granted by the server (only for your own agent, only after three uploads that actually contain statistics) and the 27 agents that already qualified were upgraded.

Safer uploads and restored upload history
- A stats upload that is interrupted while it saves (for example during a busy period) no longer leaves an empty entry behind: it is cleaned up so the same upload can simply be retried, and profiles always show the newest upload that actually has statistics. Seven uploads that had been left empty were restored from their saved text.

Lighter background statistics updates
- Rankings and anomaly standings are now kept up to date incrementally: when stats arrive, only the affected agents are recalculated instead of rebuilding every agent's records, so uploads cause far less load and the site stays responsive while statistics refresh. Old background-job history is also trimmed automatically.

Fewer background requests
- Open pages now refresh Pulse, anomaly standings and community cards every 5 minutes instead of every minute, tabs no longer refetch everything each time you switch back to them, signed-in pages skip repeated account look-ups, and the metric list is remembered for 15 minutes. Together this cuts the background traffic (and server logging) of a page that is simply left open by roughly 80%.

- Profile history now loads in small pages and shares its reads between the charts, career milestones and medals, so agents with thousands of uploads open reliably even right after a quiet period, and an unused database index was removed to keep things lean.

Steadier performance when many agents visit at once
- Background statistics refreshes now run only when new stats have actually arrived, the Global Pulse Live Activity feed reads from an index, and your Home page loads your global, country and city ranks from the server in a few small requests instead of calculating three leaderboards in your browser. Together these keep AgentRank responsive during traffic spikes.

Faster Community Pulse
- Community Pulse (most active agent, biggest AP growth, total distance walked and mind units captured) now loads from a single precomputed database call instead of dozens of requests per visitor, so Global Pulse stays fast and the database stays healthy when many agents visit at once. Distance and mind-unit totals can trail an upload by up to five minutes.

Anomaly Seasons, smarter leaderboards and Pulse refresh
- Anomaly Seasons: new Cygnus, Apollo and Orion pages with live standings, best-recorded-value leaderboards, faction comparisons, 10-row pages, Country and City filters, a floating Your Rank shortcut and a live indicator. Browse every season at /anomaly or from the new Anomaly Seasons item in the navigation
- Anomaly medals: clean line-art medals for each season with Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers, a count of how many agents have reached each tier, and a new medals section on agent profiles
- Global Pulse: a dedicated Anomaly Seasons section showing the live season and which faction leads each metric, and the Faction Growth chart now opens on the last 30 days
- Leaderboards: sort by rank, agent, faction, latest upload or value; group by Country or City to see combined Lifetime AP with Resistance and Enlightened agent counts; organize the Metric list A-Z or by category; and choose a country from a dropdown. Rankings now load from a single server page instead of the whole community
- Countries: Åland Islands and other territories are now recognized everywhere, with the right flag on profiles and a highlighted area on the Pulse map

Reliable profile rankings during refresh
- Improved ranking reliability by refreshing the latest-metric aggregate independently from the main Pulse refresh. Profile rankings remain available while the aggregate refreshes, eliminating the refresh-window failures introduced by the initial ranking optimization.

Faster profile rankings
- Profile rankings are now powered by a precomputed latest-metric aggregate instead of rescanning historical statistics on every profile visit. Ranking requests are substantially faster and more resilient under concurrent load while preserving AgentRank's canonical snapshot ordering and live visibility and exclusion rules.

Faster Global Pulse state analytics
- Improved the Global Pulse state-level map by moving state aggregation to a precomputed Pulse aggregate. State-level data now avoids repeatedly scanning historical snapshots, making map exploration significantly faster and more reliable while preserving AgentRank's canonical snapshot ordering.

Faster Global Pulse distance
- Global Pulse's Total Distance Walked and Interstellar Journey now load almost instantly. The community's combined distance is calculated once by the regular 5-minute Pulse refresh instead of being rebuilt from every agent's history on each visit
- The Total Distance Walked card, the Interstellar Journey card and the journey's milestone tracking all use the same single figure, so they can no longer disagree. Registered agents without a Distance Walked value still count as zero in the per-agent average
- Far fewer requests and a much smaller download when Global Pulse opens, and the Community Pulse summary reuses the same figure when no filters are applied. Filtered views are unchanged
- Like the rest of Global Pulse, the total can now be up to 5 minutes behind your latest upload

Faster, more accurate profiles
- Fixed profiles showing out-of-date numbers for agents with more than 1,000 snapshots. Lifetime AP, Level and every current statistic now come from the agent's true latest snapshot, and the snapshot count is always the real total
- Progress charts and Career milestones now use the agent's complete history and reach the latest snapshot, instead of stopping part-way through a long record
- Profiles open much faster: current stats appear in about a second, and charts and milestones follow moments later, because each section now loads only the statistics it shows rather than the whole history. If one section can't load, the rest of the profile still works
- Home and Competitions no longer slow down or show stale numbers for agents with long histories
- Medal progress now reflects your latest stats, with the dates you first earned each medal loaded separately
- Export CSV now always includes your complete upload history, independent of what the page has loaded
- Fixed rankings failing to load on some profiles; they now load reliably and show the same results as before
- Far fewer requests per profile view, which reduces load on AgentRank's database. This release also adds regression and performance tests
- Global Pulse's Faction Growth history is now calculated far more efficiently, so the scheduled Pulse refresh does a fraction of the database work and stays fast as agents import more history
- Pulse refreshes now run every 5 minutes, as originally intended, which keeps Global Pulse current while improving stability under growing Agent Stats history

Faster upload history and a tidier Settings
- Large upload histories now load progressively instead of all at once, so profiles and Settings open much faster for agents with thousands of snapshots
- Profile Upload History shows your 50 newest snapshots, with Show 50 earlier to keep going back. The timeline, medals and milestones look and behave exactly as before
- Settings is now organised into Profile, Data & History and Account, with a small menu to jump between them. Profile and avatar settings, Agent Stats import, Exclude Stats, Upload history, Export and the Danger zone are all still there, with fewer stacked cards
- Settings Upload history shows 25 snapshots per page with numbered pages, Previous and Next, and a Go to page field for long histories. The page is kept in the address (?page=5), so refresh, back and shared links land on the same page
- Changing page keeps you at the top of Upload history instead of jumping to the top of Settings
- Export CSV still downloads your complete history, whichever page you are viewing

Simpler onboarding
- Getting started is now just Google sign-in and a single Agree & Continue - no checkboxes and no profile form
- Import your Agent Stats to set up your agent: your Agent Name, faction and statistics are detected automatically. Prefer to look around first? Skip for now and import whenever you like
- A small Profile Completion card on Home and your profile shows one useful next step - import your stats, add your country, add your city - and disappears when you're done
- All statistics are included by default when you import. Choose Exclude Stats to leave out anything you don't want AgentRank to store
- Admin Users now lists the newest registrations first

Interstellar Journey
- Global Pulse has a new full-width Interstellar Journey card: the community's combined Total Distance Walked turned into a journey through space, shown between Community at a Glance and the Top Countries and Cities. The distance is cumulative and never resets
- A curated journey of 16 real scientific milestones, from the Moon, the James Webb Space Telescope, Deep Space and One Light-Minute to Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, Voyager 1 and Interstellar Space. There are no fictional destinations
- Each milestone has a short description, a science fact and a two-sentence Wow Factor ending in a Communication Scale: how long light takes to cross a distance of that scale. Journey distances are scale markers for the journey, not exact Earth-to-object distances or live spacecraft positions
- The card shows the destination you are travelling to, your progress, and only the nearby milestones: the one just reached, the one in progress and the next one still locked. A reached milestone is celebrated for a set time before the next destination begins
- Original AgentRank artwork for every destination, drawn as scalable vector icons
- Admins manage the whole milestone registry (distance, order, icon, content, celebration time and active state) from the Operations Console, and milestones with history are protected from deletion
- Distances in trips, statistics, charts and the journey now show kilometres and miles together, for example 144,821 km / 89,988 mi, with miles rounded to whole numbers

Profile refinements, Quick Stats and corrected history
- Quick Stats: pin up to 6 of your favourite statistics as compact cards at the top of your profile's All Statistics section. Only you can see them, and they share the same pinned set as Quick Leaderboard Access
- The profile's bottom section is now All Statistics: Quick Stats, then every statistic, then your Upload History
- Your current standing (Lifetime AP and global, country and city rank) now sits in the profile header, with Explore all leaderboards underneath; Best Rankings lives under Career behind a collapsed More rankings
- Career is a cleaner dated timeline of milestones, and Cities Visited and Events are now their own sections
- Upload History is a compact timeline, newest first, with the year shown once per group and each upload's time shown when several share a day. Medals first reached at an upload appear on it as AgentRank hexagonal medal artwork
- Snapshot history is now ordered by the exact date and time of each snapshot everywhere, so several uploads on the same day always appear in the right order in charts, milestones and medal dates
- Corrected historical data: some statistics imported from Agent Stats were stored under the wrong measure (for example Mind Units Captured and Control Fields Created were swapped). Imported history has been corrected, so historical charts, rankings and medal dates for those statistics now reflect the real values. Two statistics that were never stored by the earlier import (Pioneer and Neutralizer) will appear again when history is re-imported

Profile 2.0
- Agent profiles now tell a clearer story: who the agent is, where they stand in the community today, their career milestones, how they have progressed, and the places and events they have taken part in
- The header now shows how long an agent has been tracked and how many snapshots they have on AgentRank
- New Community Standing section brings Lifetime AP and global, country and city rank together in one place, with the rest of the agent's best rankings a click away
- New Career section highlights dated milestones from an agent's recorded history, and only appears when there is history to show
- Progress shows one set of growth charts over time, and Journey brings Trips and Events together (it only appears when an agent has some)
- Medals now show when each tier was first recorded, when that can be determined from an agent's snapshots
- Detailed statistics and the full upload history now sit together in a Reference section, and every visitor sees the same profile
- Personal tools - Next Up, Recently Entered Leaderboards, Your Achievements and Quick Leaderboard Access - have moved to Home, and My Rankings is linked from Home

Upload timestamps and server-side upload protection
- Stats uploads are now limited to 10 per rolling 24 hours and 3 per rolling 10 minutes per agent, enforced on the server so it applies everywhere you upload (Upload page, Trips and Events)
- If you hit a limit you'll see a friendly message saying when to try again, and your existing data is never changed
- Importing your history from Agent Stats still brings in every historical snapshot in one go - an import is not counted as separate uploads
- Admin Uploads now shows the exact date and time of every upload, and rate-limited requests appear with their own status

Security Hardening
- Excluded Statistics are now enforced by the database itself: an excluded value is never stored - not even inside the raw text of an upload - and any earlier trace is removed when you exclude or delete a statistic
- Agents set to Private no longer appear in the Global Pulse top-agents list or its community totals
- Google is now the only way to sign in, enforced at the account service as well as in the app
- Uploaded snapshots can no longer be edited after they are saved, and uploads, ideas, comments, invitations and profile fields now have size limits and rate limits
- Added browser security protections (Content Security Policy, HSTS and related headers), a safer sign-in handshake (PKCE), and updated the map library
- Fixed an error that stopped Competitions from loading for signed-in users

Global Pulse: Total Distance Walked
- Community at a Glance now shows a Total Distance Walked card: the combined distance walked by every agent, plus the average distance per registered agent
- Community at a Glance is now arranged as a stepped layout - two cards, then three, then Top Countries and Top Cities - to fit the new card in cleanly

Global Pulse Snapshot Insights
- Historical Snapshots on Global Pulse now shows how many snapshots have been uploaded, plus a rounded snapshots-per-agent figure across the whole community
- Community Pulse's Most Tracked Country now shows the number of cities represented in that country
- Top Countries and Top Cities now show the leading faction by registered agents, so a location with a single agent shows that agent's faction instead of a tie

- You can now edit a Trip after it has finished - change its name, city, country, dates and privacy from the Trip page

- The public page of a Trip you've added to your profile now shows the same Trip Statistics table you see on your own Trip page

Edit Trip & Accurate Trip Dates
- Edit Trip: change your Trip's name, city, country, dates and privacy from the Trip page - only you, as the creator, can do it
- Editing a Trip never changes your snapshots, statistics or results
- Trips now show the dates you actually entered: a Trip you planned for Sep 15 - Sep 18 reads "Sep 15 → Sep 18, 2026 · 4 days" even if you activated it later
- Trip length is counted in inclusive calendar days (Sep 15 → Sep 18 is 4 days), on the Trip page, the Trips list and public profiles

Full Trip Statistics & a Unified Trip Page
- New Trip Statistics section on your completed Trips: every statistic from your starting and ending snapshots, with Start, End and Change side by side
- Statistics are grouped by category and follow AgentRank's usual order, with clear up, down and unchanged indicators
- A statistic missing from either snapshot shows an unavailable change instead of a made-up zero, and your Excluded Stats stay excluded
- The public Trip page opened from a profile now looks exactly like the Trip page you see, with the same background, layout and cards
- Public Trip pages still show only what was already public - your detailed statistics stay private to you

Trip Lifecycle Improvements
- Delete a Trip you created - a confirmation makes sure you mean it, and only the Trip's creator can do it
- Deleting a Trip never deletes your statistics: your uploads, Upload History and profile stay exactly as they were
- Start a Trip without stats - no fresh upload needed to get going
- Attach a starting snapshot later, either by choosing one from your Upload History or by uploading your stats as usual
- Until a Trip has a starting snapshot it shows "Start stats not set yet" rather than any progress numbers

Historical Snapshot Reuse
- Open any past upload from Settings → Upload History to see it laid out in the same format AgentRank accepts for stat uploads
- Copy Snapshot puts that reconstructed snapshot on your clipboard, ready to paste back into an upload
- Reuse a historical snapshot as the Start or End of an Active Trip - from the snapshot itself (Use for Trip) or from the Trip's new Your snapshots section
- Backfill a Trip from stats you've already uploaded, without re-uploading anything - the Trip simply points at the snapshot you chose
- Replacing a Trip's Start or End asks for confirmation first, and the earlier snapshot is never deleted
- Snapshots are reconstructed from your stored statistics (the original pasted text isn't kept), and Excluded Stats stay excluded

Recharge Room
- New Events type: Recharge Room, for timed XM-recharging sessions - same create → register → check in → submit final stats flow as First Saturday
- A focused leaderboard for the event: Lifetime AP, Level, and Start/End/Total XM Recharged for every participant, ranked by Total XM Recharged
- Contribution % shows exactly how much of the event's total each agent recharged

Import from Agent Stats
- Already tracking your Ingress stats on Agent Stats? Bring your existing history into AgentRank instead of starting from today
- Optional during onboarding, and always available afterward in Profile Settings → Import from Agent Stats
- Paste your Agent Stats API key to preview your history first - historical record count, date range, and which statistics are supported - before anything is imported
- Your Agent Stats API key is used only to retrieve your history and is never stored by AgentRank
- Imports your historical progression as real AgentRank snapshots, with original observation dates preserved, so your historical charts and profile reflect your actual history
- Agent Stats uses different names for some statistics - AgentRank automatically maps them to their corresponding Ingress statistics, and historical event statistics are recognized too
- Fully respects your Excluded Stats settings - an excluded statistic's historical values are never imported, previewed, or stored
- Safe to run more than once: snapshots you've already uploaded or imported are recognized and skipped, never duplicated
- This is a one-time historical migration, not ongoing synchronization with Agent Stats

Google-Only Sign-In & Account Security
- AgentRank now signs you in with Google - there's no separate AgentRank username or password to create, remember, or reset
- AgentRank never sees or stores your Google password
- Existing accounts keep working exactly as before: sign in with the same Google account tied to your email, and your agent name, uploads, stats, rankings, badges, and settings are all right where you left them
- Clearer, simpler account-security language in our Terms: we take reasonable measures to protect your account and data, and you're responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and telling us if you suspect unauthorized access
- Excluded Stats privacy is unchanged: excluded values are still never stored, and still aren't visible to administrators

Operations Console: User Management & Agent Investigation
- Administrators can now search and manage AgentRank users directly from the Operations Console
- Investigate any individual agent: profile and account details, upload activity, available statistics, historical charts, and excluded-stat configuration - all in one view
- Suspend or reactivate an account when needed, with a clear confirmation step before anything changes
- Every administrative action is recorded in an auditable history, including who made the change and when
- Excluded statistics remain private even from administrators - their original values are never exposed through Agent Investigation

Excluded Stats
- New privacy controls: exclude any statistic from AgentRank entirely - the value is never stored, not just hidden
- Guardian is excluded by default for every new agent; opt back in any time
