1. An unofficial, fan-made project

AgentRank is an unofficial, fan-made, community-driven platform built by Ingress players, for Ingress players. It is free to use, ad-free, and not monetized in any way.

AgentRank is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially connected with Niantic Spatial, Inc., the maker of Ingress, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. The official Ingress game and website are operated solely by Niantic Spatial, Inc.

“Ingress” and all related names, marks, logos, badge titles, and in-game imagery are trademarks and/or copyrighted works of Niantic Spatial, Inc. or their respective owners. Their use on AgentRank is solely to identify and discuss the game AgentRank is built around.

2. Operating as a non-commercial fan site

We aim to operate in the spirit of Niantic’s published Brand and Fan-site Guidelines for non-commercial community projects: AgentRank charges nothing, carries no advertising, and does not sell merchandise or any product bearing Ingress names, marks, or artwork.

3. Badge and icon artwork

The tier badge icons shown on AgentRank (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Onyx, etc.) are original artwork created by AgentRank. They are named after and organized around publicly known in-game achievement categories, but they are not copies of, traced from, or derived from Niantic’s actual in-game artwork.

Badge names, tiers, and point thresholds referenced on AgentRank reflect publicly available information about Ingress gameplay mechanics.

4. User-submitted data

Leaderboard and profile statistics shown on AgentRank are self-reported by users from their own Ingress accounts. AgentRank does not access, scrape, or extract data from the Ingress app or from Niantic’s servers.

5. Intellectual property concerns

AgentRank does not intend any copyright or trademark infringement. If Niantic Spatial, Inc. or another rights holder believes that anything on AgentRank infringes their rights, please contact us. We will review the request promptly and remove or modify the content if warranted.
